Here the grapes are handcrafted to supply the perfect touch to provide great wines. All of the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and pressed by hand to get rid of stem and skin bitterness which is caused by high pressure hydraulic gear.

The tanks are hand siphoned for the clean juice off the top during fermentation so that transfer can take place without worrying sediment. The tanks at the winery are imported Italian chrome steel fermenting tanks produced by Marchisi. When the wine is ready it is aged and racked in hand made barrels of French and American Oak.

Not only is the wine excellent but so is the setting for the winery. You are close to Mt. Hood so your backdrop is a shocking view of the mountains. The winery offers a new building with intimate inside settings and a shocking outdoor area too. They provide an indoor events room with a stone fireside, and outdoor dance floor, covered porches for your comfort while enjoying a great tumbler of wine or visiting with chums. There are indoor and outside bars as well as wine serving areas and gorgeous cobblestone terraces for you pleasure. Parking isn’t a problem as there is an on-site parking facility and valet parking turn around.
