So, you’re in your kitchen with your fresh salmom, a bunch of different utenils and condiments. What do you do next? You have no idea on what to do or where to start. You look at the microwave but then turn away in disgust. There are many ways to prepare salmon for consumption; and when you stand in front of your oven, the thought of baking it might come to mind. You may also want to use different zests to give your salmon that extra kick. Squeeze a lemon or two while frying your salmon to give it that punch. Your steak or fillet of fish will be a perfect dish after you have cooked it over a high fire until it flakes easily when you poke it with a knife. You may brush lightly with lemon juice and melted butter near the end of the cooking if you wish.
