			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people, over my many years of wedding planning/consulting have asked me if it&rsquo;s possible to do a wedding yourself and not want to kill someone before the big day.  My answer, of course, is yes.  But what does it take to have a beautiful wedding and still have a happy couple that is truly happy?  Read on.  There is more to it than just picking a date. <p>First things first &ndash; you need to know, realistically, what you can and can&rsquo;t do.  If you have people helping you, it becomes much easier. And most importantly, whoever helps must be responsible and mature, knowing that you will still make the final decisions on important matters. Although there are very few of them in the world left, they keep being studied and watched for how they are able to thrive as little in the forests so expertly and timely. In captivity, these pandas are not allowed to have babies very much and when they do, the next generations only have a slim chance to live. Scientists are still trying to figure out why this is the case, but in the meantime, they are using different methods such as tracking collars on the panda&rsquo;s necks to have a closer look into this secret and majestic life of the giant pandas.</p>
<p>The Qinling Mountains are one of the last homes of these giant friendly creatures. They have many things that help them to live within these harsh jungles and forests of the mountains. One example is that their masks can almost already serve as a warning to the other animals. Pandas are shy and are seldom aggressive and for most of the times they are spotted they are in the act of retreating. These cute pandas are and have always been a solitary species and are hardly seen together apart from mating times. They keep in contact by smell and hearing. A panda&rsquo;s source of food is almost all bamboo and they eat  about 80 pounds a day, and for up to 18 hours every day. </p>
<p>As a panda baby grows up it does not start out eating bamboo, but after about 10 months, it begins to feed upon it like it&rsquo;s mother. While all other animals in the Qinling Mountains are hibernating and resting, the pandas keep roaming in search of their food. When pandas are not munching they are most likely sleeping and the cycle continues again when they get up. The pandas&rsquo; thick, greasy fur and bulky body are the major characteristics that protect them from the chilliness. </p>
<p>This giant panda is directly from the eastern area and the first time that they were brought to the West was when a panda named Su-Lin came to America. Unfortunately, it only lived up to 18 months after it was brought into the United States, but the panda frenzy had already begun. This was dubbed &ldquo;Pandamonium&rdquo; and it is what started the frenzy of the rest of the Western world for pandas and also led to their continuing downfall that is seen in today&rsquo;s society. Pandas have more casualties in captivity than they do in births and nearly 60% of the young that is born while in captivity, die in the time of a year. </p>
<p>Today, forest destruction of the giant panda&rsquo;s habitat in the Qin Ling mountains stands as their worst enemy. The effect of this deforestation causes their source of nutrients to lower and they die out faster. It has literally hit the population of the pandas really hard. Scientists keep worrying about these logging companies taking over the sacred homes of these pandas and are constantly working against the clock to learn how to improve their survival rate in the wild. </p>

<p> Last but not least you have the Uramaki, which is the inside out fish as it is commonly referred to.  It is called inside out, because it is sort of the backwards version of the Maki, in the sense that the rice is on the outside with the nori on the inside.Also, inside you are going to find either fish or seafood.</p>

<p> In recent times, there has been a good deal of debate on the question of whether beef is a nutritious food to be eaten frequently, or a health risk to be avoided as much as possible.</p>
<p> So what are we to believe?, even in scientific circles, there are many views, but during the course of this column we will submit a few helpful factual tips on beef, disprove many well-known fallacies and ensure that you get the correct information needed to form your own opinion.</p>
<p> Before we do so, here is a flavorful recipe which you can prepare for your family or friends.</p>
<p> This is an enticing recipe for &#8216;macaroni beef chili&#8217;. It is quick to make and is a good meal for a crowd.</p>
<p> Ingredients:<br /> &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<br /> One Cup of Uncooked Macaroni<br /> Low fat Minced Beef : 1/2 lb<br /> Garlic powder : 0.5 tsp<br /> Hot cayenne or chili Powder : one tsp<br /> Salt : one sm. pinch<br /> Ground peppercorns : 1 x pinch (to taste)<br /> Good quality tomato soup : one Can<br /> Quality cheddar cheese : 1 x oz. (finely grated)</p>
<p> Instructions:<br /> &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<br /> Bring a large saucepan of water to a rolling boil add the macaroni, bring back to the boil and cook for 7 minutes approximately.<br /> Fry the meat until browned in another good sized pan and very carefully drain off any fat that has been produced.<br /> Stir in the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper and then stir until well mixed.<br /> Reduce the heat and fry gently for approximately 5 mins.<br /> Stir in the cooked macaroni and tomato soup, and bring to a rolling boil.<br /> Cook for a few more minutes until soup and macaroni are heated through.</p>
<p> Before you serve, add the cheese, and heat briskly till it melts.</p>
<p> Ladle into bowls and deliver to your hungry diners.</p>

Chicken is the most versatile, nutritious and economical meat we have available to us today. From the simple elegance of boneless, skinless breast fillets poached in wine with mushrooms, to the hearty ease of barbecued chicken leg quarters, there is just no end of wonderful chicken recipes you can create.  </p>
<p>After experiencing the hunger and scarcity of the Great Depression, it&#8217;s not surprising that &#8216;a chicken in every pot&#8217; quickly became equated with prosperity. Put a whole chicken in a large pot with water to cover in, bring to a bail, reduce heat, cover the pot and let simmer until the chicken is tender. After you remove the chicken you should strain and cool the broth then freeze it for later use. The chicken should be pulled off the bones while still warm before starting on your favorite chicken recipe. I really enjoy grilled chicken breast but I was doubtful about how it would taste when I heard about it being offered from a famous chicken restaurant.  </p>
<p>Since their deep fried chicken is so tasty, I thought we ought to give their grilled chicken a try. To my disappointment, the dish was very dry and totally not delicious in taste. Moreover, I was expecting it to be boneless which it was not. Boneless and skinless is the only way I buy and prepare chicken breasts, because it is the healthiest. A good coating mix is used to seal in the juices of the skinless chicken to keep it from drying out as it cooks.  </p>

A chicken breast can be a delicious main course however cooking it such that it is juicy and most can be very tricky. I am writing to seek some advice from readers. In particular, I am looking for <a href="http://welovechicken.com/chicken-recipe/chicken-wing-recipes/" target='_blank'>some easy chicken wing recipe</a> that do not contain any tomato products. I am allergic to tomato sauce,so unfortunately I can not eat buffalo wings or even barbecued wings because they are typicaly made with the product.  </p>
<p>They are so tasty and I miss them, but I get sick if I eat them, so I&#8217;m looking for alternatives. I keep an open mind when it comes to food, and I&#8217;ll try any flavor, be it sweet, spicy, hot and sour. Anything you can cook, I&#8217;m willing to try. Now, I&#8217;m not such an experienced chef and would really like to find easy recipes, ones with only a few ingredients, no elaborate procedures, or a pretty short cooking and prep time. We being pure vegetarians served him only pure vegetarian stuff for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In short, we made him eat everything vegetarian other than grass! We choose to dine at a famous Chinese restaurant when he suddenly got a craving for Oriental cuisine one day. There again, we ordered vegetarian food and our dear friend wanted to eat chicken.  </p>
<p>He ordered something he liked from the menu which we did not know anything about. When it arrived he ate it with excitement, but that may have been because he had onlyhad veggie dishes for a while. Then he ordered one more plate and polished it off in no time! He then went to the manager and asked him for the recipe which the manager refused to divulge as it was a trade secret. Then, after much coaxing, cajoling and promise of confidentiality, our guest elicited his <a href="http://welovechicken.com/tag/chinese-chicken-recipes/" target='_blank'>chinese chicken recipe</a>. We vociferously warned him to try his recipe after he went back to United States!  </p>

The only issue I have with the food was the fact that most was made with pork or beef and I don&#8217;t really like either. <p> But sometimes people want to make great sushi for the home.  I should know.  I own a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.onejapaneserestaurant.com">Sushi Restaurant Murrieta</a> and get asked all the time by my customers.  They always want to know what is the secret to making great tasting sushi at home?</p>
<p> I always kid around and tell them it is impossible and they will have to always come to my restaurant.  But seriously, if you want some great tips to try and make some great sushi at home listen up.</p>
<p> First off, have a great time.  Remember, you are not trying to make this for a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.onejapaneserestaurant.com/temecula.html">Sushi restaurant Temecula</a> full of people.  You more than likely are making it for relatives or friends.</p>
<p> Remember great tasting food doesn&#8217;t have to look beautiful.  So relax and remember there will be a learning curve.</p>
<p> For the rice, it is a must that it is sticky. So if you do not want rice all over the place, wash your hands often.</p>
<p> Another tip is when making the sushi, don&#8217;t try to make the biggest in the world.  Yes the ingredients taste great.  But when you try and put too much ingredients into one roll it will be a disaster.  You will have rolls that don&#8217;t roll up. You&#8217;ll have the ingredients all over the place spilling because it will be overstuffed.</p>
<p> Just don&#8217;t do it.</p>
<p> Fourth piece of advice, be gentle. Resist the urge to use a lot of force. When you are actually making the Sushi, all you need to do is gently roll.  Too much pressure with your fingertips or hand and the rolls will come out looking funny or in odd shapes.</p>
<p> Final tip is using of knives. Obviously when you make sushi, it requires small bits of fish. Well to stop the fish from tearing, make sure the knife is moistened. This helps you cut into it with the knife evenly. You are going to have a nicer cut of the fish that you can easily put into the sushi roll.</p>

It allows cooks gain respect and fame.<br />The world of sweets has evolved from Twinkies and the occasional fancy wedding cake to a world of high class cupcakes and cookies. Being a pastry chef requires you to have both culinary skills and artistic ability. Cakes are becoming works of art that have pearls and lights and anything you can dream of. Grandmas chocolate chip cookies are dirt in comparison to today&rsquo;s thousand dollars designer frosted masterpieces that line store windows. Desserts are more than just after meal sweet treats, they are an accessory. People will shell out as much as they would on a diamond necklace on a birthday cake. A personalized birthday cake can mean more than scrapbook or picture. It seems not to bother anyone that it will cease to exists an hour after they see it.<br />Food advocates are the most valued members of the food industry. Without the consumers, food would cease to exist. Every one needs to eat, but some people simply love to eat. Those are the individuals who provide cooks and TV personalities with jobs.
